You cannot derive something from nothing. Every option in the store is designed to generate corresponding value and exchange equivalent worth. If you stubbornly refuse to understand, the ultimate rights will belong to the creator one way or another.
1. Core Values and Purpose
Most of the value in the store is meant to nurture and pass on the core values of humanity. It arises from love and sharing. If you find that these principles do not brighten your life, then leave or be forced out.
2. Openness to Competition
Here, competitors are not barred; rivals are welcome, and the rules are certainly designed to ensure victory.
3. Becoming a Follower
Any individual or organization that has transacted or received value from the store is understood to have become a follower of Phuong Le Memo. Such individuals are deemed to use and develop the information, items, and advice in a way that aligns with the values of Phuong Le Memo, thus contributing to a solid societal foundation.
4. Preservation of Historical Significance
All items in the store carry historical significance; you are not permitted to distort, defame, or destroy any item, treasure, or piece of history in order to hide personal embarrassment or sensitivities.
5. Respect for Divine Value
That which belongs to Phuong Le MeMo and that is beyond your comprehension signifies the value that Phuong Le MeMo brings to the world. Do not allow your shallowness to permeate the realm of Phuong Le Memo; the righteous law will undoubtedly impose retribution.
6. The Role of the Individual in the Collective
The values embodied by individuals today are the future of humanity tomorrow and form an integral part of Phuong Le Memo. Living solely for personal gain is unacceptable; spreading the corresponding values to the community is both a responsibility and a privilege, as well as a way to receive the concentrated beauty and uniqueness of the store.
7. Moral Integrity and Divine Alignment
Acknowledge that Phuong Le Memo will transform life’s values and disrupt selfish, individualistic priorities, knowing that Phuong Le MeMo derives no profit not even a fraction from any individual or organization’s shame or humiliation. As an entrepreneur dedicated to upholding the legacy of these values, Phuong Le Memo should not be misconstrued as being responsible for educating or instilling personal dignity within any community or family. Phuong Le Memo commits to always upholding moral standards and strictly adheres to, respects, and venerates Allah and the Quran exclusively. Recognize that God and the enduring values of our ancestors surpass any transient ethical constructs imposed by organizations or individuals of limited longevity.
8. Autonomy in Value Transmission
Customers, service providers, investors, government sponsors, suppliers, or even parental influence shall not interfere with the values, guidance, education, or indoctrination of Phuong Le MeMo in any form be it through implanting, propaganda, persuasion, or humiliation intended to diminish human value for personal gain.
9. Independence and Global Relevance
As a creator of works that are historically significant and unwavering, Phuong Le Memo does not oppose any government or organization. Humanity bears the responsibility to protect Phuong Le Memo with all available resources, recognizing that the value delivered by Phuong Le Memo is inexhaustible for any community, and Phuong Le Memo refuses to belong to or be owned by any narrowly defined group.
10. Ethical Boundaries
Phuong Le Memo is not a charitable organization; any indiscriminate actions of soliciting, inciting, stealing, robbing, panhandling, or defrauding are considered to be in opposition to the values nurtured, preserved, and developed by Phuong Le Memo.
11. Individual Responsibility
Those who operate, collaborate, or associate with Phuong Le Memo are not deities and hold no responsibility to shield any individual or organization from hardships, natural disasters, or unfounded allegations. As evidenced by Allah, no one is placed above another. All moral conduct should be undertaken as an individual responsibility not as a duty of an organization.
12. Divine Inspiration & Individual Accountability
All products from Phuong Le Memo are born entirely from the creativity and divine revelations of God, or from the spontaneous laws of natural exchange. As a user, participant, and seeker of the values of Le Memo, you must understand that each product is an extension of awareness, unbound by the limits of human perception. Individual opinions cannot determine the practicality of any item, for the experience of Art exists on a macro-impact level.
Phuong Le Memo bears no obligation to cater to your momentary dissatisfaction. As an individual, you offer something and receive an equivalent value in return. Any form of discontent shall be regarded as a rejection of destiny. Phuong Le Memo does not entertain complaints rooted in pettiness or weakness. As a creation aimed at uplifting dignity, preserving essence, and evolving the human species, Phuong Le Memo stands firmly against any act that weakens personal capacity or willpower.
It is strictly forbidden to use the created items for obscene or immoral purposes, to incite or provoke violence, to engage in inhumane actions, to corrupt children, or to commit any act that brings disgrace in any form.
